Rachel Seaton, Esq.
Rachel Seaton joined Seaton Law Offices, P.A. in June, 2008, having earned
a reputation as a prosecutor at the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit State
Attorney's Office as an aggressive litigator. Her reputation continues
on the other side of the aisle, as she aggressively represents the accused
and their interests, protecting their rights and holding law enforcement
officers and agencies accountable. Although recognized as formidable trial
litigator, Rachel recognizes the importance of a strong motion practice
through pretrial discovery and staying abreast of the constant changes
in case law and statutes.
Rachel Seaton has criminal experience in both Federal and State Courts.
She proudly represents the entire 14th circuit. Her extensive trial experience
has carried over into civil litigation matters, including representing
well-known notable clients who recognize her reputation as discreet and
aggressive, while upholding their rights. Rachel believes in a "hands-on"
approach to representation, handling her cases from start to finish, and
understanding that the right strategy is the way to a favorable resolution.
The State and Federal Government have the means to prosecute and, potentially,
seize your liberty and damage your reputation. When you don't want
to be a victim of the system, contact Rachel Seaton at Seaton Law Offices,
P.A., she has the skills and knowledge to fight for you.
